Hi I’m Evan Finney-Tasso. A local, licensed and trained insurance broker. From what started as an internship as a financial planner at Northwestern Mutual many years back, I transitioned to a Medicare Sales Specialist at United Healthcare for some time. I did not like offering one carrier’s plans to clients and knew I needed to provide guidance through options.

I am Proud to be certified with the top Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug, and Medicare Supplement Insurance Carriers in California and qualified to happily answer any questions or concerns you may have.

My name is Carol Finney. I started my career in the insurance industry with Prudential over 30 years ago; I left prudential to become an Independent Insurance Broker so I could represent more than one company to serve my clients better.  I now represent the majority of Health insurance carriers in California.

 I specialize in Group Insurance and Medicare coverage.  My objective is to help clients to save money and improve their coverage.  If, after a full analysis of your needs, we decide you should stay with your current coverage, then that will be my recommendation.  Putting my clients first is what matters to me the most.
